Togawa Smith Martin, Inc. is proud not only of the volume of its housing projects but, more importantly, of its creative approach to design, for which the firm has been honored with numerous design awards. These include twelve Gold Nugget Awards for housing and mixed-use projects from the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC). TSM has been awarded the PCBC Grand Award for high density housing three times. Two years ago our project, the Prado on Lake Avenue in Pasadena, California received the Grand Award for Best Mid-Rise Apartment Project and then received the Grand Award for Residential Project of the Year in All Categories.
