Planned jointly with AC Martin Partners, Inc., TSM is the architect for the housing component of this mixed-use development in West Los Angeles. The project includes a medical office center, neighborhood retail, and both market-rate and senior housing, linked by a landscaped pedestrian network. The design places lower-scale residential and retail buildings along Bundy Drive to integrate with the surrounding neighborhood, while the taller senior housing component is set back, providing views and screening a central parking structure.
