Located in the Howard Hughes Center in West Los Angeles, the design of this 7-story mid-rise project takes advantage of site topography to allow Type III construction. This solution yields approximately 190 dwelling units per acre, with a ground level incorporating a full-service restaurant serving the occupants of the adjacent office buildings. The mixed-use scheme is an application of the City’s “Do Real Planning” principles for creating sustainable neighborhoods where people can live, work, and play.
