This 115 unit mixed-use project is located at a prominent intersection in Culver City, and is adjacent to a new Metro rail station. Along with 44,000 SF of retail on the ground floor, the project is the first of the “catalyst” projects to spark development along the rail line. This market rate project includes a public plaza that is significant to the planning of the intersection of Washington & National. In addition to the high-level amenities offered to the residents, this project is targeted for LEED Silver certification.
