At Artisan On Second, TSM introduced a new concept called “cluster vestibules,” providing residents with a usable gallery corridor space in place of a typical corridor and exit stair. Accessing units from a common vestibule directly off the main circulation path not only provides a more efficient building, but adds a “New York style” gallery for residents to display their acquired art. The project is located in the loft district in the downtown area of the City of Los Angeles.
