This project is nestled among several existing developed lots on a single block in the City of Glendale, which serves to disguise its size and scale. The project was planned as a series of 3-story clusters composed of 2-story townhouses above single-level flats, giving each unit access through well-landscaped courtyards instead of a corridor. Glendale Court’s Mediterranean architecture was well-received by the city’s design review board, which approved the project in a single presentation.
