Plaza San Clemente is a commercial development on a 51-acre site in San Clemente adjacent to the Golden State Freeway. Planned in three phases, the project includes retail shops, a multi-screen cinema complex, restaurants, and a hotel, as well as structured and at-grade parking. In total, the project includes over 640,000 SF of commercial use. TSM is currently completing the first phase in collaboration with design architect Louis Troiani of Studio Progetti. As directed by the city’s planning commission, the various buildings are designed in a Mission style, but with variations to appear as if each was added to the ensemble at a different time.
