TSM teamed up with AC Martin Partners to provide design and construction services for this project on the Chico campus of CSU. Located at a popular pedestrian route between university village housing and the academic core, the project is based on a “village” concept, forming a vibrant courtyard between itself and the existing Whitney Hall. An academic program building and a student dining facility participate in this space, with a large open stair leading to a second-level common space for the residential units above.
